Qualifying Broker Refresher Course

Qulifying Broker's who complete this course will receive 6 hours of Elective.

Associate Broker's who complete this course will receive 6 hours of Core Elective.

This 6 hour refresher course is required for every qualifying broker in order to renew their New Mexico Real Estate Qualifying Brokers License.

All Qualifying Brokers must take this course to renew their real estate license every three years. Even Qualifying Brokers who are 65 years old ,actively licensed for 20 years, and otherwise exempt from continuing education must take this course.
