NEW BROKER BUSINESS PRACTICES CLASS (10-CREDIT HOURS) 30 hour 4 day course

All associate brokers must complete this course within their first year of licensure!

This 30-hour course is required of all new associate brokers licensed for the first time on or after January 1, 2009. Effective January 1, 2012, this must be completed within the first year of licensure. NMREC Meeting Replay “LIVE-ONLINE” CE hours awarded may very from 1 to 4 hours depending on Meeting

Attending a NMREC meeting Live or video Replay is a requirement of ALL Qualifying Brokers and any associate broker providing Property Management services. This replay will meet the requirements for those renewal requirements and awarded hour per hour credit 1 to 4 hour continuing education credit at the discression of the Real Estate Commission.

Qualifying Broker Refresher Course

Qulifying Broker's who complete this course will receive 6 hours of Elective.

Associate Broker's who complete this course will receive 6 hours of Core Elective.

This 6 hour refresher course is required for every qualifying broker in order to renew their New Mexico Real Estate Qualifying Brokers License.

All Qualifying Brokers must take this course to renew their real estate license every three years. Even Qualifying Brokers who are 65 years old ,actively licensed for 20 years, and otherwise exempt from continuing education must take this course.
