This course is to review the rules of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission that apply to all brokers in New Mexico. This course will cover the statutory basis for licensure and the rules of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. A large portion of this course is designed to assist you in using the Rule Book to look up the answers to your questions in the field.
