2023 NMREC Core Course (4-Credit Hours Mandatory Category)

The annual core courses are designed to provide real estate licensee’s with current information related to the New Mexico real estate commission license law and rules, as well as other pertinent local, state, and federal laws and other valuable legal updates in order to enhance the skill set of of real estate brokers in New Mexico.

Educating licensed brokers to a higher level of professionalism remains a principle mission of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission – right after “protecting the public”. Of course, those two items are closely related; the Core Course is designed to help reinforce that mission in every licensed broker.
