New Mexico Broker Basics “LIVE-ONLINE”

The 30 Hour Broker Basics Course This course is required of all applicants for a real estate license, or those licensed prior to January 2006 wanting to upgrade their license to a Qualifying Broker and Will concentrate on the rules and laws specific to New Mexico required to successfully operate as a real estate professional in New Mexico. You’ll gain a necessary understanding of the specific duties and responsibilities and authority assigned to each license type. Additionally, you’ll be exposed to specific environmental regulations, water rights, property disclosure requirements as well as develop knowledge and understanding of the most common types of contracts and additional forms utilized in New Mexico that will help you to mitigate threats to your transactions. Your understanding of the laws and how to work within the boundaries of your authority are paramount to a successful real estate career.
